Comic book written by Matt Wagner, and later on Steven T Seagle. Featuring art by Guy Davis, R. G. Taylor and others, it is a retake on an old DC Comics superhero (not to be confused with the Sandman character created by Neil Gaiman) named Wesley Dodds who is equipped with trench coat and a scary gas mask.
