Terrific fast food chain, based largely in the Northeastern United States, which happily still exist, if not quite in the abundance of the recent past. Their roast beef sandwiches are far superior to the ersatz junk offered up by Arby's.Their sandwiches are all served plain with a fixin bar where patrons can put on extra pickles, lettuce, onions, etc. I had the good fortune to eat at the Shirley, Long Island location last Monday during my vacation.
