A relative small
ski resort in
northern Sweden with great
offpist skiing/
snowboarding. The hotel is located above the
tree line so there are no trees in the
lopes. There are 2
chair lifts that transports you to the top, and additional 2 T-lifts on the other side.
To get some good offpist ask some local about
norgesvängen, a known route that takes you into
norway down to an old
trainstation. You can take a train back to the hotel. A great way to finish the day.
They open when they have enough snow, sometime around february usually and keeps open to midsummer. The sun never goes below the horizont in the end of may and the lifts are open during night. It's pretty crazy to get some mad powder runs 1 AM and the sun still shining.
