The third Keplerian orbital element, specifying the angle, from 0° to 360° between the point where a satellite crosses the equatorial plane, (from south to north) and the point where the sun crosses the equatorial plane at the vernal equinox. Expressed in most formats as DDD.FFFF, (Degrees.Fractionaldegrees).
