A
truck stop on
I-95 just off the last exit in
Connecticut before the
Rhode Island border, in North Stonington. They serve a vast
array of (surprisingly tasty) food ranging from
pancakes to
lobster. They have decent prices, and they'll even do catering!
Highlights:
- A phone in every booth.
- A nice, big smoking section!
- Midnight to 7 AM every Sunday through Thursday morning, they have a Midnight Trucker Special: all-you-can-eat pancakes, eggs, home fries, toast, and coffee for $4.49.
- Novelty vending machines in the bathrooms. (french ticklers, condoms, etc.)
- Those awesome big, red, hard plastic drinking cups.
