6 egg yolks
1/3 cups sugar
pinch of salt

2 cups heavy cream (2.5 for less sweet, more creamy)
1 cup milk (2%) (1.25 for less sweet, more creamy)

1.25 cup pumpkin pie mix
(1 cup pumpkin slurrie w/spices in favorite pumpkin pie mix)
1/2 cup light brown sugar

Whip eggs, sugar and salt.
scald cream
stir in all ingredients
chill
stir freeze
freeze
done.
