1 12-ounce package Peanut Butter-Flavored Chips
1 14-ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
¼ Cup Butter or Margarine
½ Cup Chopped Peanuts
1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

In a 2-quart microwave safe casserole or measure, microwave peanut butter chips, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk and 2 tablespoons butter on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until peanut butter chips melt. Stir once or twice during cooking. Stir in peanuts. Spread mixture into wax paper lined 8 inch square pan.

In the same 2-quart casserole or measure, cook the chocolate chips, remaing sweetened condensed milk and 2 tablespoons butter on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate melts. Stir once or twice during cooking. Spread chocolate mixture on top of the peanut butter mixture. Chill for 2 to 3 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto a cutting board. Peel off paper and cut into squares.
Makes about 2 pounds.

Enjoy!

I make these for holidays and special occasions. They taste similar to Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
