National Union of Footwear, Leather and Allied Trades was a British Trades Union formed in 1971 from the merger of the following unions, (all active in the leatherworking and footwear industries);

• the National Union of Boot and Shoe Operatives
• the National Union of Glove and Leather Workers
• the Amalgamated Society of Leatherworkers
• the National Union of Leatherworkers
