The most horrible thing that can happen to a gritter critter. Meth mites are the illusory feeling that comes over one after ingesting methamphetamines that there are millions of tiny insects (mites) crawling all over ones skin. I've seen tweakers scratch their skin off in sheets trying to get the bugs off. Simply horrible.

Should you be some poor unfortunate who still does meth, and you catch a case of the meth mites, don't scratch, shower. You'll still feel your skin tingling like mad, but your brain will logically assume that it's only the water, it's only the water, it's only the water.....
