A coastal wilderness area in Humboldt County. It stretches almost eighty miles along the California coast. This is North America's longest span of untouched beach on the Pacific Coast outside of Canada and Alaska. The area also includes the Kings Range National Conservation Area and Sinkyone Wilderness State Park. Picture miles of black sand beach and beautiful sweeps of sheer cliff. Streams cascade down the mountains to become rivers when fresh water meets salt. Occasionally a whif of ganja blows down from lush greenery far above.

I had my first psychedelic experience here -- see Mushroom trip #1.
