Because we don't have 24-hour shopping, if you want to buy anything at all after 5pm you have to do it from a late night garage.
Think of a petrol station incorporating a kwik-e-mart where you're not allowed inside, and instead have to shout instructions, and receive goods, through a little window.
A load of arse if you ask me.
