Laser Screwdriver is an uncommon three mana colorless artifact card from the Magic: The Gathering - Doctor Who (WHO) Commander decks and collector booster packs, part of their Universes Beyond crossover products. At the time of this noding, it has only been printed in this set, and comes in the Masters of Evil preconstructed deck. It is illustrated by Hector Ortiz, Collector #0178. A surge foil version, Collector #0783, is available in random collector booster packs, as is the other.

Laser Screwdriver allows a player to play it for three generic mana, then activate it for one of four abilities, two of which target. Its options make it an utility mana rock and are:
- It can be tapped to add one mana of any color.
- Pay one generic mana and then tap it to tap a target artifact.
- Pay two generic mana, then tap it to surveil one.
- Pay three generic mana and then tap it to goad a target creature.
