British ventriloquist of the Sixties, Seventies and Eighties, popular on TV shows and at seaside resorts, a contemporary of Bernie Clifton, Mike & Bernie Winters and Roger de Courcey and Nookie Bear. His puppet was a green duck called Orville. Latterly, manager of female mud wrestlers.
