A logical fallacy where one thing is thought to cause another, then both are really effects of a single underlying cause. This is a special case of Coincidental Correlation.

Example: "I'm tired because i'm breaking out in spots" when you really have some horrible disease.

To prove the fallacy, state the underlying cause and show how it causes each effect.
