A spinoff of "Happy Days" that ran for one season in 1982. As the title suggests, the show was about the relationship between Chachi Arcola (Scott Baio) and his girlfriend Joanie Cunningham (Erin Moran) and the wackiness that ensues now that both are out on their own for the first time. However, it seems that said wackiness was not wacky enough. They only made 17 episodes.

Strangely enough, I have fairly vivid memories about watching this show considering its limited run and the fact that I was only a wee small lad at the time. Strange how some of the silliest things stick in your mind after all these years. Of course, I did watch a *lot* of television when I was a kid.
The first episode is reputed to be the highest-rated American program on Korean television, largely due to the fact that 'chachi' is a Korean word for 'penis'. Joanie Digs Dick. Well, would you tune in? I'll bet the second episode represents the highest drop in ratings on Korean television too.
