The International Textile, Garment and Leather Workers Federation or ITLGLWF is a global union federation bringing together 217 affiliated organisations in 110 countries, with a combined membership of over 10 million workers.

It is structured into four regional organisations;

• the FITTVCC/ORI for the Americas based in Venezuela
• the ITGLWF/ERO for Europe based in Belgium
• the TWARO for Asia based in Japan
• the African Regional Consultative Council or ARCC based in South Africa
