This is a signature line used by the Royal Canadian Air Farce when doing a skit about Preston Manning, former leader of the Reform Party of Canada, now senior advisor to Stockwell Day, leader of the Canadian Alliance. Always good for a laugh, especially when they get Presto to do it himself, since it's now a badge of honour for Canadian celebrities to play themselves on the Air Farce.
