Also known as HVD. This, most notably, is a way of broadcasting information over SCSI cabling. In this incarnation, signals are broadcast by, I believe, a variation of Manchester Encoding (I could be wrong), in DC, with a larger variation in voltage than in LVD accounting for a 0 or 1.
