An imprint of Vagrant Records formed by The Get Up Kids. Founded in early 2000, H&V was intended to give the indie-to-the-core Get Up Kids a chance to keep full control of the business end of their recordings while keeping the distribution clout of the semi-major Vagrant.

Employing a full-time staff of approximately 2, H&V is about as indie as a label can be. Seeming to only exist as a logo on the back of CD's and buried in The Get Up Kids web site, the label has gone stagnant in the last 1.5 years

While there is no official published discography for H&V, The Get Up Kids last 2 records: "Something to Write Home About" and the B-sides collection "Eudora, bear the Heroes & Villains insignia next to Vagrant's.
