The Hajjar Mountains are located in the Algeria. More appropriately referred to as highlands, this volcanic terraform is over 800 kilometers wide and 3,000 meters high. Also known as the Hajjar Massif, it contains the highest peak in Algeria, the Jebel Tahat, which is 3,003 meters {9,852 ft) tall.
