Remember, Remember, the 5th of November...

A holiday, also known as Bonfire Night, celebrated every November 5 in England (and other countries in the British Commonwealth, apparently). In honor of the discovery (and subsequent foiling) of the Gunpowder Plot, folks set off fireworks, have bonfires, and burn scarecrows (called "guys") in effigy of Guy Fawkes. I'm not British, but it sounds like fun to me.
