Common Name: Great North American Mooch
Latin Name: Moochus Americanus
Habitat: Commonly found throughout North America, however migratory patterns may lead to spottings throughout the world.
Feeding Habits: Will eat most anything as long as it's free.
Call: "Are you gonna eat that, eh?"
Favored Prey: People with food.
Notes: The Great North American Mooch can commonly be found on college campuses, in high school cafeterias, or anywhere else that food is present. It stalks its prey stealthily, often times appearing as one of the herd, and not a dangerous predator. The Mooch is attracted strongly to the smell of food, and has been noted to mysteriously appear any time that food is being prepared. Domesticated Mooches will offer help with food preparations in exchange for culinary delights. The more rabid, wild Mooch will descend upon the peaceful eating scene, pointing and emitting its cries of "Are you going to eat that?", "Can I have a bite?" or other similar phrases. Upon receiving an affirmative the Mooch will devour the food item in question and then proceed upon it's merry way. If a negative answer is given, the Mooch will often remain on the scene in hopes that its prey will change their minds. The most ravenous of Mooches will take first and ask questions later, so watch out!
