Great Neck is a company that makes hand tools. Nice tools. Metal tools. Hammers, pliers, spanners and things. They also appear to be the brand of tool most thrown out of car windows; I say this because, in the last month, I have found no less than 3 "Great Neck" brand spanners / wrenches on the road. Some beat up, some not.
