The central square of Glasgow, home to a lot of statues and the Glasgow City Chambers, as well as Glasgow Queen Street station. Glasgow being something of a militant city, it's seen the British Army firing on protesters in the 1919 Battle of George Square, right up to Occupy Glasgow, though that's since moved to Kelvingrove Park. Paved in rather ugly red. Take photos of the statue of Robert Burns, because there's usually a seagull perched on top of his head, which looks hilarious. I've no idea why they always choose Burns of all the statues. Maybe it's a Masonic conspiracy.

DesperationQuest, 11/20. 20 minutes.
