The keyboard/synth half of The Buggles, later in Yes for the album "Drama," the 80s band Asia, and produced the GTR album for Steve Howe and Steve Hackett. Downes briefly haunted Usenet newsgroup alt.music.yes until the boorish AMY regulars scared him off.
