2. A rather disappointing gangster sim produced by Eidos. It looked entertaining for $20 at the local Best Buy, but all-in-all it left me wanting. It has a lot of cool features, but it is decidedly not user-friendly. Some of it looks really cool--like running an extortion racket and knocking off the mayor of the imaginary city. The sad part is, you can't really participate in any of this glorious racketeering. You tell your hoods what to do, and they try to do it, and unless you've been playing for two or three hours all ready, they are liable to biff the attempt. |
