This former nodeshell is a Simpsons quote in which Homer exhorts Marge to burn her bra.

It takes the common form of "Free the (geographical place) (number)", well-known as a political slogan for demanding the release of political prisoners. The same formula was mocked in all seriousness during and after the anti-WTO protests in Seattle, as "Free the Seattle 500 -- Jail the Fortune 500".
