A 10 day party held on Duval Street in Key West, FL at the end of October. Festivities include the Headdress Ball, an erotic costume party, and a parade that marches from the Atlantic Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico that will remind you of Mardi Gras. Before and after the parade there is a wild street party. Another attraction is the work of numerous artists who focus their talents on body painting which has recently (and unfortunately) given rise to a new rule by law enforcement officers: Nudity is illegal. Body paint does not constitute clothing.
