Two boys are riding their bikes on a deserted road. A power line
sits in the road, twitching and buzzing with electricity. Note
that neither kid is wearing a red #9 football jersey.

			BOY WITH RED 'R' HAT
Look, the storm knocked down that big wire!

			PATENTLY STUPID KID
Hey, let's jump our bikes over it!

			BOY WITH RED 'R' HAT
Nah, we'd better move it off the road.

They move closer to the power line. Dramatic, high-pitched violin
music plays in the background. Suddenly, a Jeep marked "G.I. JOE
POWER AND LIGHT CO." pulls up. A black man in camoflauge is driving.
It is ROADBLOCK, whose lines in the show always rhyme, but who will
not be rhyming today.

			ROADBLOCK
No! You'd better leave that power line right where
it is! There's enough electricity there to fry an
		elephant!

			PATENTLY STUPID KID
(now wearing a #9 football jersey)
We didn't think it was dangerous!

			ROADBLOCK
You'd have found out too late! Remember, never play
around electrical wires or you could be playing with
		fire!

			PATENTLY STUPID KID
		Now we know!

			ROADBLOCK
And knowing is half the battle!
