The All-Music Guide calls it:

The major purveyors being Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, & Plug (aka Luke Vibert). They also mention Amon Tobin, but I think he should just be amontobinism or something, his stuff is singular and incredible. I would guess that Panacea might count, too, or maybe he's too hard for this handle.
