Double Worcester (pronounced "Wuuster") is a small version of the redoubtable Double Gloucester, hand made by Colin and Alyson Anstey on their Worcester farm. It is very similar to Double Gloucester, however has a better developed citrus characteristic. The cheese is of unpasteurised cow's milk, is vegetarian, and boasts a fat content of 45%. It is mature for eating from five through seven months.
