The man behind the PowerPuff Girls. He created the series, as was shown on the Space Ghost Coast to Coast episode, "President's Day Nightmare". Within that episode, he shows just how cracked he is as he participates in the tiebreaker swimsuit competition to win the contest to get his cartoon shown.
