A marginally popular American music band from the '80s and early '90s. The band was adept at changing their sound to reflect contemporary musical tastes. They began as a relatively underground punk band, and ended up as a politically-motivated heavy metal band. Corrosion of Conformity broke up in the early- to mid-'90s.
