1 1/4 oz. Liquor*, 1/2 Tbsp. Powdered sugar, and Juice of half a lemon or Splash of Sour mix, Soda

Shake Liquor & Sour mix with ice], Pour in Collins glass, Add splash Soda, Garnish with a Flag

*Tom Collins = Gin,
Vodka Collins = Vodka
Rum Coolins = Rum
John Collins = Whiskey, usually Bourbon
