Often acts frustrated, can't reach escape velocity and achieve orbit. Extreme claustrophobe--feels the sky isn't big enough for him. Usually flies as high as he can. Terrified of being on the ground. In vehicle mode, uses 2 gravity-rod rifles to cause objects to float away or crash to the ground. Clone brother is Fastlane.

I've always been puzzled that the clones aren't as similar in personality as they are in appearance, although I really shouldn't be. (Just because two people are identical twins doesn't mean they think anything alike.) Even though the restrictions imposed by his clone design meant that Cloudraker's jet mode wasn't terribly authentic, with skinny wings and no tails or stabilizers, it's easily the best-looking of any of the clones.
