A chinese take-out place that sits inside Safeway, can give you a large enough meal to satiate you for just over $6. Good food, I especially recommend the General Tso's Chicken (pronounced General Chow's Chicken, so you sound knowledgeable and smart when you order it). Of course, like usual with chinese food, you really have no idea what they actually make it out of, so be careful. You should get a fortune cookie with every order, if you don't make a big fuss. Demand your fortune cookie, and be sure to shout about bad service and add in that without your fortune, you are cursed.
