Broome County is a county in Upstate New York. It contains the IBM Endicott facility which is where the company started. It also contains Binghamton which is the location of SUNY Binghamton which is a relativly well respected school.Broome County is located in the southern edge of New York. Broome County is borderd by Tioga, Delaware, Chenango, and Cortland counties in New York and Susquehanna County in Pennsylvania.
