A conspiracy theorist who claimed to have worked with alien spacecraft at a secret U.S. Government facility at Papoose Lake, about 80 miles north of Las Vegas. Lazar described his work to a Los Vegas television station that occurred in late 1988 at a facility called "Area S-4", which is at Papoose Dry Lake, south of Area 51. During his work he witnessed nine flying saucers housed in hangars built into a hillside. Lazar also claims to have hands-on experience with one of the aircraft and says can describe its propulsion system in detail. Other claims involve classified papers denoting the existence of aliens, but no eye witnesses.
