Blue Marguarita

1 1/2 oz. Tequila, 3/4 oz. Blue Curacao, Sour mix

Blend with ice & Serve up or on the rocks in a Salt rimmed glass, Garnish with Lime wedge

Blue Margarita II

1 1/2 oz. Tequila

1 oz. Blue Curacao (add more to suit taste)

1 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

First prepare your Margarita glass by running a lime wedge around the rim, and then running the rim on a plate of Kosher Salt.

Combine ingredients into a large metal shaker, half filled with cracked ice. Shake VERY well, at least until the shaker has frosted over. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
