Bismarck is the capital of North Dakota and is located along the Missouri River. The areas population is approx. 65,000 as of 1999. The only thing to do in Bismarck is visit it's numerous bars or watch its semi-pro sports teams. In the winter it gets extermely cold.

The city of Bismarck, North Dakota gave itself the name of the Prussian chancellor in an attempt to elicit funds from him. The plan failed, but the name stuck.
