"Battle Lode Runner" is the title of a game for the NEC TurboGrafx-16/PC Engine console. This game is quite possibly the best console Lode Runner sequel (although I have not played Lode Runner 3D yet). It has great graphics reminiscent of the more modern 2D Bomberman games and a nifty competition mode.

If you are any kind of Lode Runner fan I suggest you grab an emulator so you can check this game out.
