The -- alter ego? nickname? -- of bagpipe master Neil Anderson, formerly of the bands Seven Nations and the Full Circle Band. Anderson is an irreverent, innovative player whose experimental playing style isn't as clean as a traditional piper's, but is a helluva lot of fun.

You have to respect a man whose self-described "stupid party trick" is playing the tinwhistle and bagpipes simultaneously.
