APAC Customer Services, Inc., is a CRM corporation based out of Deerfield, Illinois. Founded in 1973 by current Chairman Ted Schwartz, as the Allstate Promotional Advertising Corporation, doing primarily radio advertising, until 1982, when they moved into telemarketing, finally getting rid of the radio part of the company in 1990. Currently, with 60 call centers in 15 states, and over 18,000 employees, they handle CRM solutions for clients such as UPS, eToys, and MCI Worldcom.

But they primarily do telemarketing.
