According to
Howard Fineman,
Newsweek's chief
political correspondent, this phrase was said by
President Bush in a September 13th
meeting with
New York Senators
Chuck Schumer and
Hillary Clinton and
Virginia
Senators John Warner and
George Allen.
The full quote, refering to
retaliation for the
September 11, 2001 hijackings,
When I take action,
I'm not going to fire a
$2 million missile at a $10 empty
tent and hit a camel in the butt. It's going to be decisive.
I've changed my thinking about moving to Texas
completely. I could put up with almost anything
to hear these gems more often.

I created this node, instead of adding it as a write-up in George W. Bush - Quotations or
Bushisms, because of the enormity of the softlinking potential. So sue me.
