Marinade for Grilled Fish
This makes enough marinade for 4 pieces of fish.
- 4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Celery Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Thyme
- 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- Combine above ingredients
- Marinade (refrigerated) the fish in the 1/2 the mixture for 15 minutes to an hour.
- Grill the fish over a hot grill for 10 minutes or so basting with the remainder of the mixture. You may want to use a grilling basket to make turning the fish easier.
