What: Sewer,
Water, and
Electricity is a small game which can be done by one person
alone with a
pencil and paper. Its one of those games that really makes you twist your
brain for hours.
How: First you draw three houses (or use the letter 'H'), then you draw an 'E' for electricity, 'W' for water, and 'S' for sewer. It does not matter where on the sheet you draw this.
Why: The
task is to supply each
house with the three
services, by drawing lines from the service to each house. It is not allowed to cross the
pipes/
wires.
Now, spend at least 10 hours before you read the solution
Solution: It cant be done. It is impossible to connect all houses with the services without crossing pipes/wires, since you only have a 2 dimensional surface to work with.
