Using
ncurses, sysinstall provides an
user interface that is easy to understand and use. the sysinstall-
utility is good for
configuration when the user is a newcomer and does not know how to use it the hard way. Sysinstall should be used with caution, since it has a tendency to screw up things without warning, and it might also overwrite
critical file such as
/etc/rc.conf and
/etc/passwd.
