Aerosol Cheese is the proper name for what is also sometimes called 'cheese in a spray can'. While it is not a true aerosol in that the content does not mix with the air, it still uses an aerosol propellant, and thus qualifies.

The most common variety I know of is the North American 'Easy Cheez', which comes in such exotic flavours as 'American', 'Sharp Cheddar' and 'Bacon'. It it much good on crackers, chips and even celery. However, it is not a very healthy food, so some moderation should be suggested.

Oh, yes. If there happens to to be a rubber plug on the bottom of the can, do not, under any circumstances, remove it. Trust me.
