2 slices dry
country bread
1 C fresh
parsley
4 leaves fresh
sage
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/4 tsp
cloves
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp powdered
ginger
6 Tbsp
white wine vinegar
1 tsp fresh
garlic
Soak the bread in the water. Mash it with a fork and put it in the bottom of a blender. Add the herbs and spices. Gradually add vinegar and then add salt to taste. Press through a sieve and serve.
