A deluxe cd-player, wave player and other media format player like there are dozens, exept for these special 'features':

• The first version transmitted statistics about your listening choice + your personal information to Real.com (newer releases send those things apart)
• Capturing audio from CD is written in it's own format, unplayable in other software, so you're stuck with RealJukeBox
